Returns & Exchanges

At Vecino Custom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your bespoke fashion pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all standard items. Please note that personalized or custom-tailored garments are eligible for return only in the event of a manufacturing defect.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
